The triceps trainer with two different grip options allows you to perform highly effective exercises such as: E.g. seated overhead tricep press, classic French press or narrow bench press. For maximum training intensity, the triceps trainer made of high-quality chrome-plated solid steel even offers you the opportunity to spontaneously and easily train effective superset combinations - without having to put down the dumbbell (e.g. French press followed by a tight bench press). But the triceps trainer also functionally expands the range of exercises for other parts of the body - e.g. B. Cover-ups or hammer curls.
Two spring locks included in the scope of delivery reliably secure the training weight on the smooth weight plate holders.
