The internal dimensions of 127 cm offer sufficient grip width for all classic barbell exercises and fit on all standardized shelves and racks, which are of course standard for the equipment here in the mega fitness shop. Thanks to the ball-bearing mounts, the rod has a play-free, silky-smooth run.
