With 2 grip width markings (IPF/IWF), this hybrid bar is a real all-rounder and ideal for heavy functional strength training. Weight and dimension meet international standard. With a tensile strength of 165,000 PSI / 165K, this dumbbell bar can hold up to 400 KG . With a handle bar diameter of 28 mm and good knurling, the bar fits perfectly in the hand. Rod and holders have a very abrasion-resistant NiP chrome coating . Thanks to the precision brass bush bearings, the rod ensures clean, smooth running.
