ATX^® Safety Squat Bar Ø 30 mm mounts, including 1 pair of fasteners

The ATX^®Safety Squat Bar allows you to carry out your squat training extremely comfortably and safely. The geometry of the dumbbell with the center of gravity shifted forward enables you to perform squats with a straight back and an almost upright upper body. This helps to train more effectively and in a way that is gentle on the joints. Another advantage is that the dumbbell remains on your shoulders without using your hands. This allows you to hold on to the rack with your free hands for support during training.
