The ATX ^® Cambered Squat Bar is ideal for catapulting you to a new level in squat training. Thanks to the optimized geometry and the downwardly shifted center of gravity, the cambered squat bar can be balanced much better than is possible with a standard dumbbell.

This makes the cambered squat bar much easier for you to keep your back straight and upright during the exercise. The arms can be brought into a noticeably more relaxed position than would be possible with a normal dumbbell. The cambered squat bar not only makes it easy to perform squats but also Zercher Squads and good mornings.
