This is how you can optimally clean your dumbbell bar
- First, use the nylon brush (optional accessory) to remove the dirt particles from the dumbbell bar.
- Distribute a small amount of the ATX ® Barbell Oil evenly on the barbell.
- Now brush the oil into the knurl and distribute it over the entire surface.
- Finally, rub off any oil residue thoroughly with a dry, lint-free cloth.
