No matter which exercise you choose - the 18-way height-adjustable pull rollers always allow you to take the optimal training position! Thanks to ball-bearing pulleys and non-stretch steel cables with a protective coating, you can train in silky-smooth repetitions, which means your muscles experience effective training stimuli! The weight plates with plastic sliding bushes support particularly smooth running characteristics, as they effectively prevent the weight from tilting. Speaking of weight: With 100 kg plug-in weights, you have sufficiently heavy training weights at your disposal to achieve your ambitious training goals!
