This multi-station really leaves nothing to be desired: do fundamental basic exercises freely on the half rack or guided in the multi-press - the choice is yours! Integrated J-Hooks & emergency rests allow you perfect handling as well as high safety reserves during intensive training on the half rack. The multi-pull-up station and the dip station are available for effective bodyweight exercises . The lat pull function & additional cable pulls from below and above offer you the full range of cable exercises. A total of 8 weight plate holderson the multi-press also give you uncomplicated access to the required training weights - perfect for your quick weight change!
