When training squats, the load on the thighs can be shifted to certain areas of the muscles depending on the leg position, which means that all muscle groups from the gluteaus to the quadriceps can be extensively and specifically loaded. Due to the extremely precise execution of the exercise and the upright alignment of the back, you can train with significantly less weight than with the usual squat exercises. At the same time, permanent muscle tension can be maintained during the exercise and with the help of the handle, intensive repetitions can also be carried out without needing a training partner to help.
The handle also serves to avoid emergency situations and to return to the starting position when muscle failure begins.
The integrated standing leg curler with an adapted strength curve also enables isolated training of the leg curl muscles and perfectly rounds off the training of the thigh muscles.
With an optionally available calf block, calf raises can be performed while standing, and an additional squat block enables further squat variations.
