ATX Competition Combo Rack

The extremely robust and stable construction impresses with a weight of 238 kg for the complete rack including bench or 124 kg only for the squat rack without emergency shelves. The rack is made of profile steel tubes with the dimensions 8x8cm, 7x7cm and 5x5cm, with wall thicknesses of 3 mm and 4 mm. The rack can be quickly and easily adjusted to practically any height. For transport, the rack can be dismantled in just a few simple steps.

Telescopic weight racks:
The heart of the rack are the two telescopic weight racks, which can be adjusted in height and inclination. Each of the racks has two J-hooks, with the bottom typically used for the bench press and the top for squats. Rotatable cylindrical rollers are integrated into the J-hooks to make it easier to align the placed dumbbell in the middle. These are made of a PA material and are equipped with needle bearings. If necessary, the roles are interchangeable. The rollers in the upper J-hooks are provided with a centering groove, the rollers in the lower J-hooks are cylindrical throughout. Height of J-hooks for bench press is 755mm to 1330mm. Height of J-Hooks for squats is 1175mm to 1750mm. In each case up to the lower edge of the barbell. Furthermore, the J-Hooks are equipped with an impact protection, to protect the knurling of the barbell bars. The telescopic adjustment is provided with PA sliders for easier adjustment and to protect the material. The width between the telescoping racks is 110 cm. The telescoping racks can be set straight or tilted inward 6.5° to allow the athlete to hold the bar with a wide grip.

Lever arm lifting system:
The height is adjusted using a lever arm lifting system. The lever arm lifting system allows the weight racks to be adjusted without unloading the barbell or even having to remove it completely from the rack. The adjustment grid is 2.5 cm and can be easily reproduced using the laser-cut scales.
The scope of delivery includes 8 locking and lifting bolts (4 of which are in reserve). The locking bolts are automatically secured against falling out when the weight racks are in place. The bolt needed for lifting can be stored directly on the lever arm.

Bench and Pedestal:
The bench and pedestal are autonomous components that can be attached and detached from the rack in a minute to switch between squats and bench presses. Only two clamping knobs are required for loosening and fixing, which are provided with a robust coarse thread and only have to be loosened slightly to separate the parts. The bench has a lying area of ​​122 cm in length and 30 cm in width, and a height from the floor of 45 cm. The synthetic leather is a special version with an extremely grippy and non-slip surface. The platforms each have a length of 75 cm and a width of 25 cm with a height of 18 cm from the floor. The size of the platform enables the helper to position itself optimally and, in conjunction with the perforated surface, ensures a secure footing.

Emergency trays:
The emergency trays can be connected to or disconnected from the rack with just one clamping knob. The plug-in connection ensures an absolutely firm and secure connection. The emergency racks are equipped with barbell protectors with an integrated "Face Safer", and a lock towards the posts to prevent the barbell from slipping through dangerously. The length of the emergency shelves is a whopping 66cm measured from the post. The distance between the emergency shelves is 114 cm. The lowest height is 61.5 cm and the maximum height is 89 cm from the floor to the top of the shelf. The adjustment grid is 2.5 cm and has a laser-cut scale for easier reproduction of the adjustment heights. The telescopic adjustment is provided with PA sliders for easier adjustment and to protect the material.
